A&K M249 SAW MKII Field Performance review.

Alright, today we had our skirmish in Casper. An excellent turn out. Great area to skirmish in. I used my M249 All day. The Terrain was extremely wet and lush underbrush thickets and tree's. Slightly hilly with ravines running through the area. First off I highly recommend getting a good fitting sling for your SAW. I made my own and love it. Sits just right and works like a charm. One of the other guys had the MkI and kept commenting on how much he wished he had a Sling on his SAW. Battery li… Continue

UTG M3 Tri-Shot shotgun

Well, when UTG announced they where putting a tri-shot shotgun on the market I was intrigued and skeptical. Most shotguns that shoot more then 1 bb at a time seem to always have some sort of issue. But the price for the shotgun was to good to pass up. I purchased the M3 with my M249 SAW and when it showed up I was impressed. I opened the box and right away the general look and feel of the shotgun is good. The full body of the weapon is heavy ABS plastic. Its not like alot of the shotguns on th… Continue

A&K M249 MKII

So, with that wonderful tax return check, I decided it was time to get back to the weapon I know and love. The M249 Squad Automatic Weapon While I was in the Corps as an Infantry man my first weapon I carried was exactly this. The M249. I hated it. Its heavy, jams often, heavy, did I mention heavy? The Rate of Fire was impressive for a Light Automatic Machine Gun, But lets get to the meat and potatoes. Here is a little overview of the Real Steel M249 SAW The M249 is an air-cooled, gas-operat… Continue

About Me.

Corporal 0311 USMC, Honorable Discharge Twice, 1998 - 2003. Got into Airsoft after playing semi-pro woods scenario paintball with the Maryland KnightStalkers, when I moved to Wyoming, No paintball but the Police Department was utilizing Airsoft as a training tool. I went from there. Hooked almost all my fellow Cadre on Airsoft and we started the Death Dealers as a stress reliever/team building during our down times between class cycles and when ever time allows us to play.
