I recently bought the JG Dragunov sniper rifle ( the one at airsocom.com), and i didn't get it in the mail yet. But I was wondering if you can mount a scope on it. Cuz without the scope, what's the point? PLz reply, be as detailed in your responses. I also bought the 4*32 rif… Continue

I've done a bit of looking and cant seem to find a silencer made specifically for the Dragonuv. My suggestion is contact some retailers and ask them which silencer will fit it. Let me know how it goes!

Scoping in your rifle isn't really that hard. what you want to do is take some pie tins ( you can get them usually at a dollar store 12 for a Buck), with an X in bright paint, and in each corner of the pie tin put a quarter sized dot in the same paint. Set up these tins at 25 yards away from you.

Load your Rifle and put your scope on. Take one shot at the center pie tin. Walk up and look a the tin, depending on your shot is how you need to adjust your windage and elevation. Windage will be left and right Elevation is up and down. When your adjusting these adjust them in 1 to 2 click increments.

This is a very basic method of scoping in your rifle it takes a little time and alot of patients but it will work. Let me know how it goes.

Glad to hear it worked! post some pics of your set up when you get the chance, as far as a scope. You really dont want more then a 4x10 Scope on an airsoft rifle. UTG sells some pretty decent lighted reticule scopes. I'd do a general search for UTG Scopes and take a look at this.

On your high cap there should be a little trap door at the top, just next to that little feed hole. push it open and just dump the bb's in. You dont want to feed bb's into the feed hole on the mag as it doesnt do well on the gears inside the mag that feed the bb's up.

That scope mount will definitely fit. its designed to fit all AK style bodies of which your dragonuv is the same body style.

easiest thing to do is if you can take pictures of the problem and post them we can see what we can do to get it working right.

One thing to try is to run your unjamming rod/cleaning rod down the barrel gently you man have a jammed bb in the barrel.

Hopup is what you adjust to put a back spin on your bb's it is what allows the bb to travel flater basically shoot straighter. No you don't have to pull it back, when you pull it back you should uncover a set of gears inside that is what you need to adjust to ensure it is shooting straight. Most times you want to adjust it so its shooting straight out to 25 feet, after 25 feet it should be pretty set.

That is your high cap mag unwinding. make sure you have wound it completely and that you can see a bb at the tip of the load spot of the mag before you put it in your weapon. Do a search online about high caps. Sorry I cant do more for you, I dont own or use high caps in my AEG's I use all Low caps.
