The #1 Online Comunity for Airsoft Teams

How many of you feel that players who are registered as EMT's and Paramedics should be allowed to go to games for free?

I think they should have this privilege given to them for all they have done in the past for airsofters who have been injured during a game. I speak from personal experience on this and feelt that they should be allowed to come and play for free.

It's also a great way to insure that you will have medical personnel on hand during your event.

Many of us owe a huge debt of gratitude to EMT's and Paramedics for being there for us when we either pushed ourselves too hard or got hurt while playing. They sacrifice their game play to help someone who needs it, even if they are on the opposing force.

I personally think we should show them our appreciation by allowing them to play free of charge. I know a few team who have started doing this and its really helped foster that relationship with the local EMT's and paramedics

It sounds like a great idea. Though most of the games that I go to are free, some of the ones you have to pay for end up with somebody getting hurt. But I am wondering, would this apply to first responders too? I ask because I will be one quite soon.

The games that Venom will be hosting this summer will be free to all first responders (EMT's, Paramedics, Firefighters, Police)

It not only helps spread word of our organization, but also spreads the word to others about Airsoft in general.

The Wasteland Warriors usually have free games anyway...police, firemen, and paramedics and EMTs can borrow at NO CHARGE if they have no equipment.

Cool idea though. And the big paying games, they get in free...I think an incentive for active military personnel would be cool too, helps spread the word to others who might want to try it.
