Best advice I can give for a new team, is to take it full blast. When we started slowing down, people tend to lose intrest, keep it full throttle, making the games intense, new fields, road trips... It all kinda depends on how far you want to take your team. Our goal at the Gunz, is to take this as far as we can, and then some... Also, set up a web site, and start a forum for you r local area. Check out ours, tell us what you think.
