So I am very excited by the new gun that I got. I managed to paint it with the tan color that they normally charge another 130 or more for and I think it came out really nice. The only problem that I had was the paint was so thick at one point I could not retract the stock. So I used my dremel or rotor tool to smooth it out and it turned out really sweeeeeeeeet. I used my m14 next to the M8a3 by echo 1 and it I can definitely feel the deference. The lighter aspect of holding a gun that is more maneuverable and actually has the same firing distance as the M14.. I like the aspect that I can add a "mock Silencer" to the front of it to make it shoot a little more further. Its hard to believe I did not invest in this gun to before... I really would like to have started like this before with a name brand gun that has a lot of parts for it instead of hunting for pieces.
M8A3 echo 1 - $300
Fps- 400+
accuracy effectiveness : 80ft+
M14 UTG - more than $400
Fps 440+
accuracy effectiveness: 130 ft
I like the fact I got a gun already that gets 400+ out of the box then me spending more than 400 on a gun that I needed to upgrade to get the desired results that I wanted out of a gun.
