Like up close and personal, fast engagement go with a Close Quarters Weapon. a MP5 will work great. Echo1 or JG MP5s are pretty decent starter weapons. More midrange, patrolling, moving through area's looking for the opposition, M4 work great, the JG M4RIS System is an excellent weapon. I would highly recommend staying away from Sniping/Sniper weapons till you've had some time to play a regular Airsoft Skirmish or two with a AEG weapon.
