Thermobaric Multi-Bang Grenades Legal in the USA?

I was curious if the TLSFX Thermobaric Multi-Bang Grenades were legal to use in the United States as I know that they are legal in the United Kingdom.They would be very useful when engaged in CQB as they are flash bangs/stun grenades but intended for airsoft.
