We are SOG. Comprised of 30+ Players, we are a dedicated mix of avid airsoft enthusiasts, former/current military, and police.

SOG is a team located in the Baltimore Area. (Sparks Glencoe/Hunt Valley)
We play every Sunday, in any weather, at our 130+ acre home field. (Invite-only)
We also attend many of the local OPs in the area.

We are always looking for teams to skirmish, new friends to make, and new recruits to possibly add to the ranks of SOG.

If you're interested in playing with us, or possibly being added to the team, feel free to contact us on airSOCOM or at our teams website on the forums.

*Note: We are currently looking for players 18 years of age or older with their own transportation. We have a certain set of requirements that must be met in order to be added to the roster, as well as a probational period where you will be considered a "Cadet." If we feel you'd make a strong addition to the team, we'll be sure to get you squared away and pointed in the direction you need to go.

I belong to DTK. As what Warpig said, we share memberships in each other's boards here in Airsocom. Good luck on your bid for membership with SOG and hope to see you on the field soon.

Comment by Warpig [USMC] on September 20, 2009 at 6:50pm: Sir Mangz isnt affiliated with SOG at all, we just add each others groups here on airSOCOM to keep in contact with each other. DTK are a great group of guys...they usually play at PBSL in Fredrick MD.

As far as joining the team goes, we have a few requirements that must be met before being added to the roster. During the time you are gathering all the required gear and uniforms, you'll be considered a "Cadet." But before any of that, you have to come out to the field a few times so we can get to know you, see that you're serious about playing, and ensure that you would fit in with our team. If we feel you'd make a good addition, we'll approach you and ask you if you're still interested in joining.

Hit up our forums on sogairsoft.org and write an introductory post so we can get to know you on there :)

DTK and SOG are two distinct teams. If you registered on the SOG site, then reply to the webmaster with some info about yourself and we'll get you approved.

Comment by BruisedAlmighty on September 20, 2009 at 11:15am: Hello everyone! I just joined airsocom today, and I'm really interested in joining Team SOG, so I went to your website and applied. Anyway, I'm not new to airsoft. I've been an active player for about a year, 4 years ago, and would like to go back again. I don't currently own an AEG, but I still have my BDU, helmet, goggles, and other stuff.

It's been awhile, so I want to do some research first before I purchase a new AEG. I've done my own internal upgrades on my previous gun (Tokyo Marui Steyr Aug,) so I know a little bit on how to destroy an AEG. :-D

Anyway, I hope to be a member of SOG and join you guys in the field.
