As some of you may have heard, the SOG team is going through a stage of unprecedented growth and have decided to take advantage of some of the opportunities to grow our team in directions that should provide the Maryland airsoft community a significant choice in their airsoft experience. The SOG command squad have been working on plans that will bring new and exciting changes to the SOG team and those that choose to play at our field. Beginning November 1st, the SOG team will begin raising team dues to a level that will support our growth. In addition, we will also ask that after your first visit with us as a walk on (first visit is free), that you pay a $20/day walk on fee, which includes a hot lunch. We feel this is a fair price considering some of the other options in a paintball/airsoft shared arenas in the Baltimore area. We encourage all walk ons to talk to us about their desire to join our team and as always, if you have any questions, feel free to PM the Command or any team member. Or just ask us on Sunday. I will post updates to this thread as needed.

Just a reminder to those who are new to the site - the SOG Field is invite only. We do this for many reasons but primarily we want to make sure those that play with us each week are as serious about airsoft as we are. We also want to ensure that playing at our field is fun and fair for all who attend. Almost all of our invitees have continued to play with us over time and many have ultimately joined our team ranks. This aspect of our walk on policy will not change. If we invite you to play and you like what you see and we feel you fit our style of play, the invitation stays open.
