New Ribbons Trial and Error
These are ribbons that are Adam and myself would like to see replace the current Combat Ribbons. Yes I know there are a lot of ribbons present and some of the old ribbons have been removed. This is a work in progress and will take some time to cut out unnecessary ribbons and find different ways to present awards without having a hundred of them. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. If you wish to provide feedback or suggestions please give the number next to the ribbon and the suggestion.
**They are in no way, shape or form to be view or construed as real military ribbons**
1. Special Forces Ribbon
Given to the members of each team who are dedicated Spec Ops.
2. Distinguished Squad Award
Given to the squad who preforms above and beyond all expectations.
3. Distinguished Member of the Month Award
Voted on by the membership of each team.
4. Cold Weather Airsoft Player
This ribbon shows that you have played airsoft in a cold weather environment.
5. Night Ops Airsoft Player
This ribbon shows that you have played airsoft games at night.

7. Activity Award lvl 4
Given to those who have been active for 4 consecutive years with their team and on this website.
8. Activity Award lvl 3
Given to those who have been active for 3 consecutive years with their team and on this website.
9. Activity Award lvl 2
Given to those who have been active for 2 consecutive years with their team and on this website.
10. Activity Award lvl 1
Given to those who have been active for 1 consecutive year with their team and on this website.
11. Exemplary Conduct
Given to a player who only has positive actions and intentions towards other players.
12. Airsoft Tournament Veteran
This ribbon shows that you have played in an airsoft tournament.
13. Best Team Homepage
Given to the team who created the most unique homepage.(Not an airSOCOM page) Voted on by the admin.
14. Hostage Rescue
Given to those who successfully rescue the hostage.
15. Exemplary Participation
Given to the members who attend a majority of the games and are regularly active on Team AirSocom.
16. Team Activity Award
Given to the most active team on airSOCOM on a monthly basis.

18. Drill Instructor
Given to the senior members administering a boot camp event.
19. Attack and Defend Veteran
Given to the members that have participated in an Attack and Defend Game.
20. Sniper Team
Given to the members on each teams assigned Sniper Squad.
21. Airsoft Tournament Champion
This ribbon shows that your team has won an airsoft tournament.
22. Recruiter
Given to a person who has recruited two or members to there team.
23. Boot Camp Completion
Given to the members who have successfully completed a team boot camp.
24. Airsoft Safety and Training Ribbon
Given to members that have taught and enforce safe practice's amongst there team.
US Marine Corp Veteran
This ribbon shows that you served in the United States Marine Corps.
US Army Veteran
This ribbon shows that you served in the United States Army.
US Air Force Veteran
This ribbon shows that you served in the United States Air Force.
US Navy Veteran
This ribbon shows that you served in the United States Navy.
Lion Claws Veteran
This ribbon shows that you have played in a Lion Claws game.
WWII Reenactment Veteran
This ribbon shows that you have played in a World War 2 Reenactment Game.
Black Hawk Down Veteran
This ribbon shows that you have played a game base of off Operation Irene, or the movie Black Hawk Down.
Airsoft Referee
This ribbon shows that you have refereed an airsoft game.
Airsoft Medic
This ribbon shows that you have played an airsoft game as a designated medic for your team.
airSOCOM Sponsored Team
This ribbon shows that you are a member of a team that is sponsored by airSOCOM.com.
American Airsoft Player
This ribbon shows that you are an airsoft player from the USA.
Canadian Airsoft Player
This ribbon shows that you are an airsoft player from Canada.
Maryland Airsoft Player
This is a demo flag and if these are the ribbons to replace the current ones in use, all states will become available.

I just want to point out, these are the ribbons used with our Navy JROTC. It would be nice to have ribbons that we could actually wear with our uniforms... but the old ribbons seem fine. Why replace them... why not just add to them?

yeah i agree with nightmare. why would we get rid of them, and there are a lot more pointless ribbons.
and i don't like how the team membership ribbon is for the time on your team and airsocom.com. that's kind of dumb.

6 and 17 were blank in case someone had a suggestion, this is why I titled it Trial and Error. I figured a new look for the ribbons would not hurt. And yes these are Navy NJROTC ribbons. My grammer is not what this discussion is for it is to see and hear what other peoples input is for a new look. As for the description of the ribbons please post your suggestion with your proposed suggestion.

I like them. I keep trying to make them, but I can't get the picture size to match the others. The only decent ones I made are these two, the top one is the Injury patch. Meaning you have played a game while injured or sick or something along those lines. Its not pointless, it shows dedication. The second is the Aftermath Sponsorship patch. They have sponsored my team (Dogs of War) and I made a patch for it. There is a sponsorship patch for this site, so it only makes sense that there should be a sponsorship patch for Aftermath. Or try making a patch for sponsorship in general.
