How long should I charge a battery

That is a 9.6V 1100mAh? it came with my R-17 M-4 and the instuction manual left out the little detail of how long to charge it, anyone else who have or have had this gun, would you know how long the battery charges before it is ready to use?

If it goes a little over or under, it's ok. Have fun with your new gun! If you need any help with it, just ask. I'll try to the best of my ability to answer your questions!
