Ok, our team has some ideas for positions and they are:
Base Defense- A One or two man team armed wih snipers and AEGs.
Forward Defense or Flank Team- Armed with Grenades and AEGs of choice and maybe a shotgun or Co2 pistol.
Assualt Squad- Armed with an AEG or two each, maybe attachable grenade launcher and
grenades.
Assualt Squad would be used for Storming in or rushing and flanking the other team.
Base Defense would keep us from being flanked or sneak attacked. They could also alert the assualt squad of the enemy position via walkie or hand signals.
Forward Defense would keep our position on the battlefield and also prevent the other squads from being flanked.
Tell me if this would be a good idea and should implement training of it. Improve upon it if necessary,
Also what are some good training drills and hand signal drills?

u would need at least three base defenders you, could use two, but two to snipe and one to watch entry and exit points in snipers position or overwatch sniper

We use Marine Corp. & Army Ranger handbooks, they are available at your local library or online and have valuable information regarding team positions, formations, hand signals, etc.... Hope this helps.
