I have a JG SVD Dragunov. The one on Airsocom.com Here's the problem, well the gun shoots fine when I insert the magazine in the First time. I shoot about 10-20 bullets, then I hear a whirring sound. I have to take the magazine out and wind it back, this was was proabaly caused by bullet jamming. Then the second time, I wind the mag.and insert it into my gun, it makes this whirring sound and it unwinds. When I pull out the mag. a few bullets drop out. The only way for me to shoot again, is to dump all the bullets out and insert them in again. Also I think the gearbox is messed up. Sometimes when I pull the trigger when I'm in single shot mode, it doesn't work. The only way for it to work again is to switch to fully automatic and then go back to single shot. Plz help.

You have two problems. The first is that your high-cap is malfunctioning. Try replacing it with a standard capacity mag or another known good hi-cap to see it your gun feeds.
You also have a problem with your trigger switch plate. That is VERY common on Chinese made guns. I have a couple myself and semi-auto is sometimes a bit stuborn. If you are comfortable with taking the gun apart, you can attempt to fix the trigger switch or replace it with a TM or other better quality part.

Take it from someone who has worked on a ton of JG's: Ripper nailed it down 100%

your gonna either need a new mag, or find someone to repair/rebuild your old one, and a new trigger switch will fix the problem your having with your fire selector.

Thanks for the advice guys. I bought another magazine, but it stills makes a whirring sound. Also, any suggestions where I can have my gun fixed near NJ?
