Operation: Frostbite

DOW's next hosted event at their new field.

Walk on players are allowed and encouraged as long as they RSVP on DOW's team site. dogsofwarairsoft.ning.com

Price- 5 dollars per player which will be collected before the player is taken to the staging area.

Please keep in mind that DOW is growing, so we do not have the best facility yet. The money from this game will help DOW's field develop so we can host bigger and better events for all of you guys!

**All of the players attending will be placed on either the Red or the Yellow team. Please place your team color request in a comment. DOW North and Wolf Pack will be on the red team**


Field Rules

Eye protection- If you are under 17 you MUST wear a full facemask. If you are 18 or older, you may wear goggles or shooting glasses as long as you have a waiver signed and in Col. Reaper's hands.

FPS limits- We don't chrono guns at our field at this time, though we will start in the future. Recommended FPS limits are

AEG- 420 or lower
Sniper- 500 or less.

Games

1st game- "Battlefront"

There will be 2 main command posts, one on each side of the field. The red team will control one, and the yellow team will control the other.

Objective- One team must control both command posts to end the game.

Respawns- Unlimited. If there are more than 40 players attending we will have the players respawn every 15 minutes (Same as OA Paintball's respawns at Battle of the Bulge)

This game will go on until one team controls both command posts.

2nd Game "Search and Rescue"

Back story- Two red team fighter jets were shot down by an RPG shortly after takeoff. Each Jet carried both a pilot, and a co pilot. Both the red team and the yellow team swarm the woods in an attempt to rescue/ kill the pilots who were carrying important documents.

Pilots will be armed with a pistol ONLY. Co Pilots will be armed with a shotgun ONLY.

Objective- The red team must find and take the pilot and co pilots back to their HQ (Spawn Area). OR The Yellow team must kill the pilots and steal the documents that only ONE pilot or co pilot can carry.

Respawns- None

3rd game "VIP"

One randomly selected player will get to be our VIP.

Objective- The red team must escort the VIP from one side of the field to the other on foot after their transport trucks crashed. The yellow team must kill the VIP.

Red team goal- Get the VIP from one command post to the other.

Yellow team goal- Kill the VIP

Respawns- none

If there is still time left in the day after this, we will play one huge elimination game with unlimited respawns until it gets too dark or we just cant play anymore!

This might have to be pushed back a few weeks. Our field is freezing with this wind since we play on a mountain. Our hop ups froze last weekend trying to practice for this event causing the BBs to roll out of the guns. But we'll see. I'll be sure to let everyone know on friday. But as of now we ARE having this event on the 10th.

Anything is fine. Everyone signs a waiver anyways. I never wear full face mask.

is it alright if i wear full seal goggles? its quite hard aiming down a p90 with a full face mask.
